Donald, Jack and Harold McKin- non, of -Parkhill, were 'arrested Fri- day of. last weekfor assaulting and causing bbdily harm to R. G. Flem- ing'. of Toronto. Fleming, whowas working with three other provincial constables, had made arrangements to purchase some liquor from one of the .McKinnon boys, and drove to a bush near Parkhill. The two broth- ers followed -and beat up the con- stable. They- were later placed 'un- der arrest. They are now out on bail pending -trial. .
