Snowmobile taken for joyride
A 1991 MXZ Skidoo
was stolen and later
recovered, undamaged in
Brussels on Feb. 3.
The owner had parked
the snowmobile behind the
Brussels County Inn on
Turnberry Street at 11:30
p.m. and discovered it had
been stolen at 12:10 a.m.
Tracks showed the
direction in which the
snowmobile had been
driven and it was later
discovered in the area by
OPP.
The keys had been left
in the ignition.
Hensall man charged
with drunk driving
A 29 -year-old Hensall
man has been charged with
a drinking and driving
offence after being
stopped by OPP on Feb. 1
at 2:45 am.in Hensall.
He was pulled over for a
routine check when the
officer discovered the man

damage done to the rig.

Pop machine robbed
An undetermined
amount of money and pop
was stolen from a pop
machine on Oxford Street
in Hensall.
The theft was discovered
on Jan. 31 at 10 a.m, and
police believe a key was
used to open the machine.
Brussels woman charged
A 38 -year-old Brussels
woman has been charged
with a drinking and
driving offence after
police received a
complaint about an erratic
driver on Feb. 4 at 1:15
a.m.
