Gardiner, of Detroit,- is visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. E. Gardiner. The continued snow is saving a lot of people money that would be spent for gas. •Mrs. Ed. Willis returned Monday evening ,after spending several weeks. in Florida. Mr. Samuel Bowers, of Toronto, visited for a few days with his bro- ther, Mr. H. Bowers. Messrs. W. R. Goulding and F. Sheere returned Monday after spending several days in Toronto. Monday, March 22nd is nomina- tion and March' 29th election day for the by-election in West Middle- sex. Miss Leda Harding, who has been visiting the Misses Lyon, of Londes- borough, returned home last Thurs- day. Major and Mrs. C. S. Grafton and little daughter, of London, are vis- iting with Mr. and Mrs. J. G. Coch- rane. Mrs. Ila Saunders returned to her home in Toronto Saturday after vis- • iting for a few days with Mrs. M.
