ing abilities. Previous experience in the identification and grading of
various commodities gained either through experience or formalized
agricultural training is essential. Annual training will be provided on
grading parameters.
The main focus of this position is to provide accurate reports to the
customers with other job duties as assigned as per the crop season.
This is a full time position with overtime as required to meet our sea-

An exciting opportunity for a Species Specialist -Hog is currently
available within Hensall District Co-operative Inc. The Specialist
will service the ,needs of the area hog farmers as well as promote
Hensall District Co-operative as a key player in the hog industry.
A self-starter with a desire to promote the hog industry and
facilitate the movement of hogs from nursery units through to
grower to the finisher units is required. The successful candidate
will play a major role in the development of alternative hog
production in the area. Computer familiarity, a background in the
hog industry, as well as a post secondary agricultural education
would he considered assets. Experience in time management,
meeting or exceeding targeted sales levels, servicing existing
customer accounts, and establishing new business for HDC is also
needed to be successful in this position.
