Extra exercise classes offered
Senior Shuffleboard is held at the
Seaforth and District Community
Centres each Wednesday from 1:30 -
4 p.m.
Last week's winners were:

CPR course offered
The Seaforth Co-operative Children's
Centre will be hosting a CPR re -certification
program on Feb. 21 from 6 - 10 p.m.
Registration fee will be $45 and interested
participants must call 527-0682 to register.
Valentine's Dance held
The Seaforth Optimist Club invites you to
their Valentine's Dance on Feb. 10 at the
Seaforth and District Community Centres.
Dance to the music of Illusion from 9 p.m. to
1 a.m. Tickets will cost $10 per person and
age of majority is required to enter the dance.
Tickets can be picked up at Nifty Korners,
Tucker's Meat Shop, Ice Dreams, Bob's
Barber Shop or Main Street Video. For more

The Huron East recreation department will
be offering extra exercise classes throughout
the week including Monday evenings from
7:30 to 8:30 p.m. beginning Jan. 29,
Thursday evenings beginning on Feb. 1 from
7 to 8 p.m. and Saturday mornings from 9:30
to 10:30 a.m. beginning Feb. 3.
All these classes will be a combined high
and low impact with steps and hand weights.
All classes are held at the Seaforth and
District Community Centres. Registration fee
is $40 for 10 weeks or $5 per class.
Other classes already in progress are on
Tuesday and Thursday morning from 9 to 10
a.m. and Wednesday evenings from 7 to 8
p.m.

recreation department at 527-1272.

Parr line defeated the Windsor Coyotes 2-0 Saturday at the Seaforth-Egmondville broomball
tournament at Seaforth and District Community Centres. Parr line went on Sunday to win the
toumament, defeating the Farmerettes, 1-0. The Arthur Rang -A -Tangs won the men's division:
