Centenaires win must -win
game against Lucan, 5-2
. Friday night was,a must -win for the Cents
if they hoped to'stay up top in. a battle for
first in the tight Morenrdivision.
Ltican came into the game with 17 points
off an os•ertimeioss to Port Stanley on
Wednesdas. A Win would draw the Cents to
within a point of the -division lead.
Lucan game out flying. playing with
confidence and giving the•Cents a scare in
the early going as Seaforth worked off some
butterflies. The Cents managed to relax and
•plax their game mrdway through the period
and »ere• first on the scoreboard as Scott
Henderson picked up a Lucan turnover and
fired his I(ith of the season ro_put the Cents
up 1-0 after 20 minutes. • •
• Seaforth had some good chances earl in
the second. including a goal -by J.D. Nolan
called hack as it had gone in after the Whistle.
leaving him 'as the only Cents forward to not
-have a goal yet this year.

• Derek Akey and Aaron Parsons sat out
their final games of suspensions due to a
brawl in Mount Brydges.
The Cents were in. P aikhill Saturday night
to take on the -Stars.•
Seaforth was hoping to take four points on
the weekend but were in tough skating with
only two lines due to prior commitments. The
Cents opened the scoring late in the first
period as J.D. Nolan got his first goal -of the
year on a shot friim the hash marks.
Parkhill tied the game a couple of minutes
later but Scott Henderson regained the lead
with 29.seconds to.g(i as he went end to end.
North Middlesex evened• the score midst a'
through the second before Henderson got the

Cents would actually be able to pull off a 10 -
skater victor' but it was too much to hope
