Home Alone course offered by Co-op Children's Centre Don't forget to mark Dec. 2 and 3 on your calendar for the Annual Toy, Doll, Craft Show and Sale hosted by the Seaforth Agricultural Society: This is one of the biggest show of its kind and will be held at the Seaforth Agriplex, 'Seaforth and District Community Centre and the Seaforth District High School. Watch The Expositor for more details. Happy Citizens The Seaforth Happy Citizens will be hosting their Christmas Meeting at the Seaforth Legion Branch 156 on Thursday, Dec. 7 at noon. ' After a potluck dinner, the meeting and cards will follow. Home Alone Safety Course Home Alone Safety Course is being offered at the Seaforth Co-operative Children's Centre on Monday, Nov. 27 from 7 to 9 p.m. Registration fee will be S2. In being home alone, parents and children are both taking on new roles and responsiblities. This course assists parents and their children to ensure they are ready for this responsiblity of being home alone The parents will explore their concerns and expectations in leaving their children alone. Youth ages 10 and 11 will explore the . new responsibilities and parent expectations as well as the necessary skills and knowledge to he home alone. Cat found by health unit, Seaforth child can forego rabies shots A Seaforth child was saved from a series of rabies shot aftera brown and white cat was found by the Huron County Health Unit. The cat that bit a child on Oct. 25 between 1 Jarvis and Sparling Streets, was found recently. The health unit had asked the public's help to locate the cat. A parent and youth must attend together.
