Brawl breaks out, goalies and all
as Cents lose to Mt. Brydges
The Cents' got oft to a •
quick start in their lone
• game•this weekend. . •
Despite getting snit
penalty trouble in the firm
period giving the Bulldogs
flee power play
opportunities. they stili
managed to outshoot -the
hometown squad and come
out with a scoreless first
period •
Seaforth slatted the
second period on the power
play and went up. 1-0 when.
Aaron•Parsons walked out
from behind the net and held.
On patiently waiting for the
Bulldogs goalie to go down '
'before firing it home.'
Four. minutes into fhe
period..Derek Akey scored
his firm• of the year
capitalizing on -a rebound 'at
the side of the.'net.giving
Seaforth a 2-0 lead:
The wheels fell oft for the'

Jason Papple.

It was all Mount Brydges
from that point as Seafoith's
power. play set the Bulldogs

goals and Mount Brydges

• handing the Cents -a 6-2 loss.
Seaforth had two
spectacular chances to stay
in the thick of it while down
4-2.
Scott Van Dooren was
stopped on a penalty shot
and J.D. Nolan missed an
opportunity on •a.breakaway
which may have recaptured
some focus for a frustrated
'Colts squad.
What was generally •an
exciting hockey game was
marred by several fights
erupting out of frustration by
Seaforth.
The game ended in a line,
