Last Friday morning 14
members of the Branch and
• Auxiliary were at the High
School to take part in their.
.Remembrance Day service.
Saturday. the parade to the
cenotaph was'well attended
by Branch and Auxiliary -
me.mbcrs and' the general
public. .
On returning to the .
Branch. lunch was served by
the' Ladies Auxiliary.
Entertainment was on all
afternoon when the Clinton,
Mitchell and Goderich pipe
hands Caine:
Men's euchre will he
starting on Nov. 15 and will
he held every second week
all winter.
The Legion Children's
Christmas Concert will be
held on Iec. 10 at 2 p.m: If
your child would like to
perform singing. dancing,
playing an instrument' or
more. please contact Barbara
Scott at•527-1787.
The general meeting will
he held Nov. 16 at 8 p.m.
A team of five pin howlers
from Branch 156 won the
Zone C 1 howling tournament
recently • and will now
advance to District. •
The turkey bingo at the
arena will he held on Dec.
I1.
Volunteers to work this
bingo are needed. Contact
president Eva Brown. .
At the going dawn of the
sun and in the morning we
will remember thein.

young and old, who came to
pay their respects to
veterans who died protecting
the country.
