Local teens trick or treat for food bank
The hamlet of St.
Columban celebrated
Halloween in stjile as ghosts.
'goblins. mummies. sharks.
vampires. fairy queens. Snow
. White., pirates.. snowmen. -
tigers. lions. cats. clowns and
hunny rabbits descended
upon the village in search of
`, treats. The treats were
• p*ehtiful with no tricks to be '
found..
One of the highlights of the
evening was the large group
of teenagers who came to the
door all dressed in costume
for the festivities but who
• didn't want any treats. They
asked for canned goods'for
the food bank. They reasoned
that the food bank would be
low after Thanksgiving. and,
might, have a need to prepare
for,Christmas.
