OPP brief Young offender charged with 2I counts of theft Three male young offenders have been arrested after ' OPP connected them with several break and enters in Huron County between Jan. 12 and Feb. 5. Facing 43. charges is a 17 -year-old doderich youth, with charges including - four counts relating to breaking and entering into businesses in Seaforth, Hensall. Dungannon and Huron Park. He is also charged with 21 'counts of theft. 13 counts of possession of stolen .property and five counts of mischief. The charges also relate to incidents of theft and mischief involving vehicles from Dublin, Seaforth, London, Clinton.' McKillop Twp., Stanley Twp.. and Goderich. Items' stolen from vehicles included cash, cellular phones, CD players and stereos. Two 17 -year-old youths from Port Albert and Dungannon have also been charged in connection with some of the incidents.
