with animal cruelty -
in court June 5
A former Zurich -area couple and their daughter. who were
charged with two counts of mischief and four counts of animal
cruelty. have had their case held over until lune 5
The three made.a second noun appearance in Godench on
Monday.. • .
William. Pratt and Jane Tomlinson were charged on•April 4
by the Perth branch of the Ontario Society for the prevention
of Cruelty to Animals (OSPCAi. The couple's daughter. 20 -
year -old Kathleen Pratt'. was also charged.
The charges relate.to the February incident near Zurich
where 23 Shepherd -cross dogs were found. 10 dead.and some -
cannihalized. Charges were also laid on the couple h% the
London Humane Society after two dozen starving dogs.were
found at a Parkhill -area home.
