Local senior games begin next week
The Seaforth Senior
Games are fast approaching
for another year with the first
event of five -pin bowling
taking place on Friday. April
14 at 1-15 p:m. at.Starlight
Bowling.
Anyone -55 years of age or
older is eligible to play in the
senior games. Winners at the
local level move on to the
district games in Stratford in
mid-June.
Events scheduled for April
include: April 14 - 5 Pin.
Bowling 1:15 p.m. at
Starlight Lanes
April 25 - Pepper 1:30 p.m.
at the arena.
April 26 - Shuffleboard
1:30 p.m: at the arena. .
April 27 - Sofia 1:30 p.m.

Fitness Classes
The Seaforth Recreation
Department will he hosting
fitness' classes beginning this
month. The following is a list
of days and program types:
Monday evenings from 7 -
8 p.m. - high pace floor.
aerobics, Tuesday mornings
from 9 - 10 a.m. is the gentle
aerobics, and 10-11 a.m, is
senior line dancing.
Wednesday 7 - 8 -p.m. - step
training, and Thursday from
9 - 10 a.m., once again we
have gentle aerobics.

obedience class will begin on
