Magic Show,
Beading Workshop at
Library
The Seaforth Public
Library will he hosting a
couple of children's activities
during the March Break.
On Tuesday, March 14 at 2
p.m. children ages 5 - 9 can
participate in a heading
workshop at the library. A fee
of S2 will he charged and
pre -registration is required.
•On Saturday, March 18 the
library will host a magic
show with Court Jester Dave
Brown at 12:30 p.m.
Admission is SI. This show
is suitable for children aged
3 and up. For information or
registration please call the
library at 527-1430. .
Charity Hockey Game
Please note that parents
and tots' skating on
Wednesday. March 8 will be
held from 10 to noon instead
of in the afternoon.
From 1 to 3 p.m., the high
school will be hosting a
charity hoc,tey game against.
the OPP. Everyone is
welcome tb come out and
watch the action.
March Break Skating
Also. parents and tots'
skating will be cancelled
during the March Break.
However. everyone is
welcome to the special public
skating times during March

Babysitting Course
The Seaforth Co-operative
Children's Centre will be
hosting a babysitting course
on March 15 from 9 a.m. to 5
p.m. Registration fee is $27..

February euchre
. The Seaforth Lawn
Bowling Club held its'
February 'euchre and social at
the Seaforth Legion Hall on
Tuesday evening Feb. 29.
Hostesses were Olive Papple,
Grace Broadtoot and Jean
Pinder.
Seven tables of cards were
in play and winners were
high scores: Velma
Preszcator, Jack Muir and
Frank Hulley (tied). Lone
hands were Ross Gordon and
Robert McMillan and
consolation prizes were won
by Pauline Bennett and Edna
Bell. .
The next euchre will be on
Tuesday. March 28 at 8 p.m.
with hosts Marian Gordon
and Frank and Betty Hulley.
• April's euchre night will be
the final one at the Legion
Hall as howling and a
potluck supper with euchre
after will begin on the
holiday Monday in May.
