WATSON: Patricia Anne
(Cameron) of Brussels passed
away at Wingham and District
Hospital on Thursday, February 3rd,
2000. She was in her 59th year.
Born in Dalhousie Township,
Lanark County on February 22nd,
1941, Pat was the daughter of Mary
Cameron and the late Alfred
Cameron and the beloved wife of
Ralph Howard Watson. Patricia
Watson was known to us in many
ways: Patricia, Patsy, Pat, Wife,
Mum, Gramma and Friend. She
was also a pioneer. for in 1968.
when she recovered from her first
illness she ventured into a world not
very accommodating to those con-
fined to a wheelchair. Her participa-
tion with groups such as Alpha
Huron and The Diamonds has con-
tributed to a more friendly environ-
ment to those facing disabilities.
She was a traveller, despite her dis-
ability she managed to travel across
Canada, the United States and
Europe. She was a sports mum,
going to hockey games in some of
the old barns of 30 years ago and
ball games with the whole team,
equipment and her chair all in the
van. She was a sports fan, not only
local sports but the Blue Jays and
Maple Leafs were prime TV fare.
Patricia was a strong individual,
both emotionally and physically,
with a quiet. deep conviction in her
faith and Jesus. She will be sadly
missed by all whose lives were
touched by her. Patricia will be
sadly missed by her beloved hus-
band Ralph of Brussels, her son
Michael Watson and his wife Valerie
and grandchildren Lindsay, Andrew,
Zachary and Nathan o1 RR#4

bration of the life of Patricia Watson.
was held at Brussels United Church

46 In Memoriam
CARNOCHAN: In loving memory of
Bill who passed away Feb. 14,
1999.
A stream can have no ending,
For the ocean never ends.
A path winds on. though we can't
always,
See around its bends.
Our vieW must stop where earth
meets sky,
But both stretch on and on.
We cannot see our loved ones,
Still, we know they are not gone -
For God has promised us a home,
Through all eternity.
Where life and love continue
Far beyond what we can see.
Cherished by Grant, Bob and Jean.
