Huron Community Access Project to provide internet training to the public. The library' provides a computer and accepts hour- - long bookings during regular library hours for_ people to use the -Internet, at no charge. Also free are Elston•s services which range -from helping someone learn the basics of • accessing .information on the inter -net to designing web pages for community groups.
