A large number of seniors
are among the people taking
advantage .of internet use.and-
training:available until the
end, of February at Seaforth
Public Library. . •
I've been training a.lot of
seniors lately." said _Jonathan
Elston. a •St. Michael School
student from the publin area
who has been hired under the.
Huron Community Access
Project to provide internet
training to the public.
The library' provides a
computer and accepts hour-
- long bookings during regular
library hours for_ people to
use the -Internet, at no charge.
Also free are Elston•s
services which range -from
helping someone learn the
basics of • accessing
.information on the inter -net
to designing web pages for
community groups.
Elston said one of the
reasons -he's seeing. seniors

the Christmas break from
school but with students
backin school. Elston said
it's possible to call the -
library and bookthe
computer or himself for
training- the same day they
want to come there. -
However. because the•
demand is unpredictable. he
