NOTICE is hereby given that the Township of West Perth
Council intends to pass a by-law to •change the. name of
public -roads which have previously been named at a meeting
in the Council Chambers of the Township of West Perth. 169
St. David Street; Mitchell Ward. Ontario at 7:3() pain ran
November 1.1999.
The public road name -changes are 'intended to remove any
duplication of street names within the Township of -West
Perth resulting in the amalgamation of the firmer Township,

passed away after a three year bat-
tle with cancer. She was born at
Scott Memorial Hospital. Seaforth
on Oct. 22, 1938, daughter 'of the
late Lilly Margaret (Elliott) Hackwell
and Thomas Howard.Hackwell. She
was educated at S S u9 McKillop
Twp. public school and Seaforth
District High School and graduated
from Westervelt Business College.
London as a legal secretary typist.
She was employed at General
Steelwares and. later worked for
Ontario Provincial Police and
lawyers. She tesided in Woodstock
until 1985 when she moved to
Surrey. B.C. and married Wayne
Henry and was hired with -the
Surrey- Child Care Agency.
Cremation and a memorial service
took -place in Surrey. Oct. 5 with a
private family dedication 'service at
her homestead. Sat. Oct. 1,6.1999;
Her philosophy for living each day
with- humour and smiles will be
remembered and her love will be
cherished by all who knew her May
