Seaforth Happy Citizens met in the Legion Hall on Oct. 7.
Flans were made to have a Christmas turkey -dinner in
December. to be paid for at the Nov. 4 meeting. The citizens
were invited to a fun day with Dungannon seniors on Oct. 23.
Anyone interested should call Beth Pryce.
A Share the Wealth, will he held at the November meeting.

photography meeting with
our pledge. and then•picked
for elections.

learned how to clean a
camera. tips for taking
landscape pictures, getting
rid of shakes and storing
your camera.
We decided on a name for
our club. We picked Picture
.Perfect.
Then we went home.

Seaforth Legion News
The senior veterans' banquet this year will be held in
Wingham on Oct. 24. Registration is at I p.m. If you intend
to attend this event please sign up on the list at thc branch
before Oct. 13.
Also the lists are there for the bowling and cribbage. Please
sign up as soon as possible.
The District C Convention will be held in Guelph on Oct.
16 and 17.
A steak barbecue is being held on Oct. 23 at 7 p.m. There"
will be karaoke and horse races. Everyone is welcome.
The early bird campaign has been on for a month and more
than 100 have already paid their dues. Be an early bird and
help make branch 156 100 per cent early bird.
There is a program starting for recruiting new members
with a pin for bringing in five new members. There will he
more on this later from the membership committee,
An executive meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 14
and a general meeting at 8 p.m. on Oct. 21. Please plan to
attend;
The Ladies Auxiliary will be attending the Zone meeting in
Ripley on Oct. 20. If you plan to attend, contact President.

will all take the time to see
the show which opens Nov. 4
to 6, at 7:30 p.m. with a
special matinee Nov. 7 at 2
p.m.
This week. the St. Anne's
girls' basketball teams played
Goderich District Collegiate.
Midget. junior and senior
were all triumphant in their
games. Well done girls and
coaches.
Oct. 15 is the walk for St.
Anne's. Parents are asked to
encourage their students to
get involved and make the •
day a great event for all. The
more who work as one. the _
greater the poser of the work.

each.

CarmKn and Anette.were united in -marriage un July 17,
1999 at 2:30 in the afternoon at the home of the pride.
Annette Munro from London officiated the marriage. They
would like to thank all those who helped make their day a
special one.
Maid of Honour was Yvette Haney sister of the bride.
Bridesmaids were Nikki White, friend of the bride, Amanda
Manuel, friend of the bride, Vicki Dalrymple, friend of the
bride and Bobbi -Ann Scarrow, sister of the groom. l3estman
was David Scarrow, brother of the groom. L.shers were
