During the thunder storm Mon-
day afternoon Mr. Dan McCurdy of
Stephen, had a horse killed by light-

ored up with her and spent the week-

search work in St. Andrew, New
Brunswick, under the direction of
Prof. McLeod, of Toronto University
Prof. McLeod is the doctor who was
associated with Dr. Ranting in. per-
fecting the insulin treatment for
diabetes.
To -day (Wednesday) is the begin-
ning of the weekly half -holidays in
Exeter for the summer months. In
order to give our staff the benefit of
the holiday the Times: Advocate will
not be printed until Thursday and
will reach our readers a day later
than usual.
