Once again Seaforth wil
be hosting the Annual Terry
Fox Run on Sept
Seaforth's Run Site will
begin at the Arena. The site
will he open from 10 a.m.
to 2 p.m. This will be
Seaforth's 18th year hosting
the Terry Fox Run.
Pledge forms can be
- picked up at the Town Hall,
PUCOffice, Arena, Library,
Post Office, Sparky's Pizza
Train or the Chiroprator's
Office.

Fitness is fun begins
The Seaforth Recreation
Department will be hosting
Fitness is Fun on Tuesday
and Thursday mornings and
Wednesday evenings
beginning Sept. 7.
Tuesday and Thursday
morning classes will be
held from 9 a.m.-to 10 a.m.
and Wednesday evening
from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Step Aerobics and Floor
Aerobics will he a
combined class from 7 p.m.
to 8 p.m..
Drusilla Leitch will be
instructing the morning
classes. and Kay Huberts
will lead you in the evening
classes. Kay has recently
moved to the Seaforth area
from Stratford where she
instructed fitness classes.
Drusilla will also be
instructing line dancing on
Thursday mornings from 10
a.m. to 11 a.m..

Hockey skills camp set
The Seaforth- Recreation
Department will be hosting
a hockey skills camp from
Sept. 20 to Sept. 24 from
6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. each

During the fall of this
year, the staff at Seaforth
Co-operative Children's
Centre will be taking part in
a continuing education
program called "Learning
Language and Loving it."
This program will help
them to encourage better
lanuage and social skill
development with groups of
children. As you are
around the centre this fall
you' may notice alot of
1 video taping going on.
Each staff will be taped four
times interacting with the
children as they go about
their regular activities.
Then the staff and a Speech
Language Pathologist will •
go over the tapes to see how
and when they were helping
•the children.
