Wednesday. September B.' 1999. They are to.be
addressed to Sandra Lawson. County Engineer.

The tender will be, for constructing a storm water
pumping station complete with automatic. controls
and a forceolain to divert the. (lows from the
Courthouse's roof drains to. a storm water

passed away at Westminster
Campus, on Friday. August 13,
1999 in his 72nd year. Beloved hus-
band of the former Alva (Dupes)
McKellar and dear father of Garry
and Paul both of London. Also sur-
vived by 4 grandchildren and 4
great grandchildren and 2 sisters,
Bernice Armstrong of Seaforth and
Jeanette Wallace of Oil City and 2
brothers Bob and Laurie McKellar
both of Seaforth. Predeceased by
his parents Lindsey McKellar and
Gladys Miller and 4 brothers Mac. -

DEVELOPMENT CHARGES BYLAW
Pursuant to the i)evelopment Charges Act 1997. the Council of the Corporation
of the Township of West Perth has passed a Deselopment Charges Bylaw Bylaw No.
57-1999 passed on August 4. 1999 sets out a range of charges to be collected from
new residential development The monies collected are used by the municipality to
pay for services provided by the Township There are two different rate charge areas
- within the Ward of Mitchell and the remainder of the Township (the wards of
Fullarton. Hibben and Logan). A key map is not provided as these areas are self
explanatory
The following charges are imposed under the bylaw against a single family
detached or duptes type development_ Charges for other types of residential desetop-
ment sari/ according to expected occupancy levels

72. of 198 Norman Street, Stratford,
passed away at the Stratford
General Hospital on Monday. July
26. 1999 She was born in Seaforth,
daughter of the late George
McGavin and the former • Carrie
Davis. Mrs. McNaught graduated
from Stratford Hospital in 1948
where she worked as a registered
nurse in the O.R. until her retire-
ment. After retinng she was a volun-
teer with the Blood Donor Clinics.
She was a member o1 St. James
Anglican Church. Stratford. She
was predeceased by her husband
Kenneth F. McNaught in 1989.
