The Application covers the same territory as the original franchise agreement except for one boundary change where part of Lot 22, Concession 1. originally in the Township of Hullett,: was annexed to the Town of Clinton.. ' • Union also possesses valid Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity and Franchise Agreements -for the Townships of Goderich. McKillop and Tuckersmith which are immediately adjacent to the Municipality. Enbridge-Consumers' Gas is the nearest other utility and it serves gas in the County of Dufferin. The Board intentls.to proceed in this matter by way of a written hearing. How to Intervene If you wish to intervene (i.e. actively participate) in the proceedings relating to this Application, you must file a letter of intervention within 14 .days of the publication of this Notice.
