She says that when the hoard has • offered programs to parents, those we attend. are "so wonderful they could teach the class" but those who don't attend are the ones who need the programs the most. 'All too often, when a student is suspended. the. . parents blame everyone hut the student for the suspensum and don't teach their kids to he responsible for their actions." -she says.
