distinct tracts or streams.
They, are the open Stream. the
applied stream and the
academic stream. - . - .
The. Mien dream is for a,
variety of courses that are not
offered as applied or
academic courses, more
specifically, the- arts and
physical. education and
health. The open course
expectations. are suitable for
all students at a given grade
level.
. Applied courses focus on
the essential concepts of the
subjects but develop
students' knowledge and
skills by emphasizing
practical. concrete
applications of. these
concepts and incorporating.
theoretical applications as
appropriate. •
The academic courses
