Mr. Fred •-Coppin, of Montreal,
son of Mr. and Mils. Joseph Coppin,
of Mitchell, died April 15th. at the
age of 51 years. The deceased had
been i11 for a few weeks. He was
born and raised in Mitchell and is
survived by his widow and a grown
up son and daughter.

the report was received and adopt-

mostly all through seeding, the land

of fine -weather the yield should be

Robert Grundy an old and well-
known resident of,.this district, died
at his resdence -here on Saturday,
aged 73 years. • Mr. Grundy untl a
couple • of, - years ago; had farmed
about two and a half miles north of•
here. He is unmarried and is sur-
vived by one sister and three bro-
thers, Miss_Elizabeth, at home, and
Wilbur, Toronto; , Frank Winnipeg,
and William, Long' Beach. CAI. The
funeral was held on Tuesday, in the
Methodist Church`. Interment in
Nursery Cemetery.
A pretty wedding took place at
• the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Mc-
Vicar, of -Lobo, on Wednesday, April
15th, when : their only daughter,
Ruby Catherine, was; -united in Mar-
riage to William L. Stevenson, son
of Mr. and Mrs.', George • Stevenson,
of Clandeboye. Rev. C. G. Graham
of Mount Brydges, officiated.: The
bride entered the room. on the arm
of her' father' to the strains of the
Lohengrin Bridal Chorus,' played by.•

Stevenson. Miss. Violet Stevenson,,

Cecil Stevenson acted" as best man.
A dainty wedding breakfast was
served at the closeoof the ceremony:
