Flint Generals in exhibition games
The Seaforth Centenaires
took on rhe quick -footed
Flint Generals -on the.
weekend in .a pair of.
exhibition games. tieing
both games. -
On :Saturday. Seaforth
looked like' they were. in
deep as the Flint Generals
tipped around the rink
during .warm-up,. Although
shirt -handed with . only
three lines, the.Generals
displayed excellent skating
and passing skills.
The Centenaires played
with a young fine -up.
missing. captain. Steve.
McInally and sniper Mark

for both sides but Flint
capitalized on a couple of
late third period bounces
-ending the .game in a 5-5
draw.
"Our defence did a great
job controlling the puck in
'the neutral one and the
forwards showed a lot of
hustle and grit on the
furecheck. Those. are two
positive ,aspects we want to
carry into :the playoffs."
said coach Jason Papple.
During the re -match
Sunday afternoon. Flint
jumped out to a quick. 2-0
lead in the first minute of
the game on a couple of
