The concert from London , that was advertised for the Opera House this Wednesday evening has been postponed owing tb the lack of in- terest. Allen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Fraser, Huron St., has been confin- ed to his bed for the past week, suf- fering' from an attack of pneumonia, but is now improving. Mr. Benson Tuckey has taken a position as dryg'bods clerk with Jones & May, taking the place of Mr. . Reg. Knight, who has taken up farming on the London Rd., South. Rev. A. Holmes, of Clinton, con- ducted the services in the James St. church on -Sunday preaching two ac- ceptable sermons. The Pastor, Rev. W. E.
