The board approved a 1999 general insurance premium of $53,025, 16 per cent less than for 1998, when it met Nov. 23 in Dublin. After consistent premium increases in recent years "it's nice to see it not just level off, but drop down again," Ian Fisher of Lawson -Killer Insurance reported to trustees. The new policy also includes "significantly higher limits for less than you paid last year, the insurance company representative said. He termed the hoard's "loss MS FACT Eli-.
