"Zany Tuesdays" provides fun and excitement for all. Each Tuesday promotes a different fun filled event, which takes place in the cafeteria from 11:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. The first Tuesday in November, students enjoyed watching their peers participate in "The Pudding Drop." It is a rather messy sport, with one person standing on a chair dropping pudding into the open mouth of his or her partner who is lying on the floor. The prize goes to the team that has the least amount of pudding on their faces. On Tuesday, November 10, participants got to boost their calcium intake with the "milk chug -a -lug" contest. The team who could drink the most milk in the allotted time won a "beautiful blowup bovine." "Zany Tuesday" is hosted by the Athletic Association under the direction of Miss Hansen. According to Hansen, the goals of the association are to promote school spirit and to encourage students to do something positive at lunch.
