NOVIRMSER 1I. /stir Henderson leads junior B Cyclones in scoring Meanwhile, Derek Nesbitt , 16, of Seaforth scored a goal for the "Blues" in the Western Junior B Hockey League's "Showcase Game" for up-and-coming players Sunday in St. Thomas. He is a rookie with the Sarnia Steeplejacks, after also playing for both the Centenaires and Seaforth's championship midgets last season. A couple of local hockey players are holding their own at the junior B level for teams in Listowel and Sarnia. Scott Henderson was the Listowel Cyclones' leading point -getter entering this weekend's action in the Mid - Western Junior B Hockey League. The 18 -year-old forward from Egmoftdville, who played for Seaforth's junior Centenaires and champi- onship midgets last season, had 14 points in an even dozen games, from eight goals and six assist, with zero penalty minutes. Of his eight goals, three have come on the Cyclones' SCOTT HENDERSON powerplay, one while they were short-handed, and another was a game winner. These have been few and far between so far for Listowel's junior B club Seaforth sports 3Q;© CONTINUED from Page 13.
