New look at cemetery
Thcrc is a new look at the
St. Columhan Cemetery
thanks to the generosity of an
anonymous donor of trees for
the cemetery.
Ray Maloney. the caretaker,
has spent much time clearing
along the fence bottom on ,the
north side of the cemetery.He
has dug the holes and planted
and watered approximately
40 cedar trees. Hopefully,
Mother Nature will soon take
over the watering job. Our
community is deeply grateful
to the donor of the trees.
There will be a Community
Builder Project happening in
St. Columhan on Sunday
evenings in November. Jeff
Murray, who attends St.
Michael High School, is co-
ordinating this project as his
community service. These

Thanksgiving Day is usual-

food. May each of us take
some time from our busy
schedules to reflect upon the
good things in our lives.
Many blessings to all of you.
Each Tuesday, the team of
workers meets to discuss pro-
ject progress.
Despite working in a busy
school with staff and students,
Price said construction work-
ers are able to work around
any student interruption.
The construction workers
have been friendly to all the
students and staff through the
