Marlen Vincent and Irwin Johnston of Seaforth's busi- ness retention and expansion committee (BREE►spoke as a delegation at the start of the meeting, and said the com- mittee was willing to assume responsibility for it. They said it could go hand- in-hand with the committee's ongoing survey. "L have no problem with it if we're getting value for our money," Coun. Lin Steffler said.
