Survived by two sons, Frank and his wife Lowisa, Goderich, Paul and his wife Beth, Seaforth, two daughters, Mary and her hus- band Norman Speake of Saint John, N.B., and Flora and her hus- band Doug Ord of London. Also survived by seven grandchildren, Sean, Sydney and Colin Speake; Sarah, Erin and Megan Ord; and James Hagan. Predeceased by two wives, Angela Agnes Burke (1949) and Julia Winnifred Dwyer (1968). Also predeceased by his parents, James Hagan and Flora McKinnon. Leo was a member of St. James Parish, Father Stephen Eckert Council, Knights of Columbus and Honorary member of the Seaforth Royal Canadian Legion. Mr. Hagan spent 50 years in the printing indus- try in both North Bay and Seaforth. He also was a great supporter of minor sports in the Seaforh area. Family received friends at the Whitney-Ribey Funeral Home, Seaforth on Friday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Mass of the Christiain Burial was held on Saturday, September 26 al St. James Roman Catholic Church, Seaforth, at 11 a.m. Father Dino Salvador officiated. Interment St. James Cemetery. As expres- sions of sympathy, donations to Seaforth Community Hospital or St. James Building Fund would be appreciated'. DEATHS • SHERRIN: Anna E. Anna E. Sherrin, 86 , a resident of the Seaforth Manor Nursing Horne and formerly of Toronto and Kitchener passed away at her residence on Thursday, September 24. 1990. Born in McKillop Township on December 15, 1911, she was the former Anna Emrna Bennewies, a• daughter of the late George Bennewies and the former Lena Leonhardt. On September 4 1948 she was married to George Alfred Sherrin who predeceased her on July 9, 1983. Following their mar- riage, the couple resided in Toronto moving to Kitchener in 1970. Mrs Sherrin resided in Seaforth since 1987. She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church. Brodhagen. She is survived by two sisters Laura Rock, a resident of the Ritz Lutheran Villa, Mitchell and Rata Davis and her husband David of Mitchell, a brother Bill Bennewies and his wife Elsie of Kitchener, ten nieces and nephews and a number of great nieces and nephews Besides her husband, she was pre- deceased by two sisters Hilda French (1985) and Edna Lloyd (1994) Friends were received at the Lockhart Funeral Home, 109 Montreal St. Mitchell on Friday, 3 • 5 and 7 • 9 p.m. where the funeral service was held on Saturday at 2 p.m with Pastor Martin Melina offici- ating.
