Seaforth's Reds are hanging
tough - and then some!
After being mercied in the
second game to go down two
games to none in their best -of -

League semi-final with the
Goderich Dukes earlier this
month, the Reds evened the
playoff and forced a deciding
game Friday night with a 5-4
win at Lions Park. -
The rubber match is in
Goderich tonight at 8 p.m. at
Agricultural Park.
They out -hit the Dukes 12

COACHES COMMENTS: "St.
Columhan played a strong first
half and for most of the second
half. but collapsed for the last 15
minutes of the game," says coach
Tony Arts. "They were up 2-1
with a quarter-hour to go and sat
hack. which allowed Marconi to
become offensive, which they did,
and to tie the game. Our season is
on the line this Saturday for our.
final game."
Reminder
With winter sports' seasons
almost upon us once again,
The Huron Expositor would
like to rcmind teams, coaches
and managers that results are
welcome each week in
SCOREBOARD.
Who? - Where? When?
What? and How? is what we
want to know. Results should
be relatively recent too.
Result sheet that can be
fillcd in arc available at our
front desk, with a special one
for howling. If these sheets
arc not suitable for your par-
ticular sport, we will design
one that is.
Sheets arc also available all
winter in the lobby of the
Seaforth arcna.
Results should be legible
(printed if possible) and sub-
mitted by noon Monday so
they can he typeset in time
for publication. Take particu-
lar care with proper names
since nobody likes to see
thcir names spelled wrong in
the paper.
We prefer action shots on
our pages so save all winter
team photos for publication
in our popular annual
"Winter Sports Edition" that
comes out every May.
