The conditioning camp will be' held every Monday. Wednesday and Friday in July from 9:00 am to 1.2 •noon beginning on Monday. July 6. 1998. This program will keep youI, in top condition for hockey over the summer. Brian O'Reilly will run participants through a high preformance'; cpnditioning' program that will, help with strength, balance. agility. endurance and • co-ordination. Registration Fee is S75.00 which includes a T -Shirt. SUMMER' 'YOUTH BASKETBALL will be offered during the summer on Mondays and' Wednesdays. Two divisions: juniors will play from 9:00 to 10:30 am and seniors will play from 10:30 to 12:00 noon beginning on Monday. July 6 at the Seaforth District High School. Registration fee will be $25.00. ' TENNIS LESSONS, with Hank Binnendyk for Teens and Adults will begin on July 8. Teens will go each Wednesdaymorning from ,9;00 a.m. to 10:30 am for the beginners and 10:30 to 12 noon for the Advanced. Adults will play each Thursday evening from 6:30 to 8:0(1 pm for the beginners and 8:00 to 9:30 for the advanced beginning July 9. 1998.. Seaforth Recreation Department* SUMMER ACTIVITIES SUMMER YOUTH BASKETBALL LEAGUE The Seaforth Recreation Department will be offeSing a youth Basketball league for children ages 10 to 13 years. 2.divisions junior and senior . 2 games played per week on Moidays and Wednesdays at the Seaforth District High School, Juniors will play from 9-10:30.am and the Seniors will play from 10:30-12 noon beginning on Monday, July 6; 1998. `Registration fee will be $25.00 per person.
