(Price) Cusack. A Veteran of World
War 11, having served overseas dur-
ing 1941-1946 with the Canadian
Army, Mr. Cusack was a life mem-
ber of the Royal Canadian Legion
Branch *86, Havelock. NB. He is
survived by his second wife,
Thelma (Parsons); sisters. Annie
Price of Seatorth. On. and Jean
Carter (Uonel) of Elgin; brother,
Emest (Theresa) of Lincoln; son,
Billy (Wendy) of Lower Ridge; step-
son, Basil Alward (Freda) of Lower
Ridge, daughters, Betty McKnight

Geraldine (Clarence MacDonald) of
Moncton: grandchildren, Jesse.

Ritz Lutheran Villa, R.R. 05,
Mitchell and fornerty of Hibbert
Township passed away at his resi-
dence on Monday, June 15, 1998.
Born in Hibbert Township on
October 28. 1908, he was a son of
the late William Hastings and the
former Agnes Trayner. On October
3, 1955, he was married to Stella
Horan who predeceased him on
February 3, 1996. Following their
marriage. the couple farmed in
Hibbert Township until their retire-
ment to Mitchell in 1979. Mr.
Hastings was a former member of
St. Columban Roman Catholic
Church and was a present member
of St. Vincent de Paul Roman
Catholic Church, Mitchell. He is sur-
vived by a sister Mary Redmond of
Lucknow. a number of nieces and
nephews including Jack Horan, Jim
and Laurene Horan, Helen and
Paddy Woods. all of Mitchell,
Shirley Clairmont of Kitchener and
Rose Horan of R.R #1. Dublin and
their families and a goddaughter
Julie (Horan) Clark of Mitchell.

Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic
Church. Mitchell on Thursday, from
