More and more seniors are playing golf. Some have been chasing that little white hall for years hut many are new to the game. It doesn't seem to matter whether thc senior golfers arc beginners or "old hands" at thc game, they have many things in common when it comes to golf. In golf seniors have found a healthful, stim- ulating pastime that com- bines physical activity. the outdoors. competition. social- izing and fun. Regardless of your compet- itiveness any game or sport is more enjoyable when you pldy it with a degree of skill. There are many ways to increase your skill level in golf despite your age. Good physical conditioning is important to good golf. Many people don't perceive golf as a physically strenuous activity. This is true enough and thus it makes golf ideal for those whose days on the tennis courts and soccer fields are over. However, the better the shape you're in. the Netter you'll play golf.
