The SCCC is a service committed to quality, services for
children and their families. It is a non-profit co-operative
organization of parents who have Joined together to pro-
vide innovative prograrns.
The Centre is licensed by the Ministry of Community and
Social Services.' Its operation is governed by a volunteer
Board of Directors who is voted in by the General

Membership annually. The staff is knowledgeable. caring
and friendly with specific training and experience tior
- working with children and their families. Students and '
volunteers play an important role as well.
