covers lots of safety issues
that would be for farm and
home," says Clarke. "I felt
it was sensible to broaden
-that a little and emphasize
the home part of it."
Students were encour-
aged to work on the books
in class as well as with
their parents. "There are
some home and farm sur-
veys in the book that the
kids could work at," says
