Once again the Seaforth Recreation Department and the Seaforth Co-operative Children's Centre will be offering activities for the chil- dren to participate in during this break. Daily activities will , include howling, swimming, games. arts and crafts, sports, • movies and much, much more. For more information or regis- tration you can call the recre- ation office or the children's centre at 527-0682. Please note OCDRE Recreation that each department is run- ning separate programs, but will be together on some activ- ities. The Central West teams they play for won a gold, sil- ver and three bronze medals. "it was their best showing ever," says Carol Humphries of Egmondville. She says there about 71 kids playing in the local league. Trevor Ward scored the winner to lead. the midget boys (14 to 16 -years -old) to a 2-1 win over the team from Windsor, and the gold medal. They won -four games -and only lost once on the week- end. The juvenile girls (16 to 19) lost their championship game 1-0 in overtime to the East, so settled for silver medals, after going 2-2 in the tourney.
