the children. The choir sang
an anthem. "The Race That
Long In Darkness Pined" was
sung. Garry Alderdice and
John Thomson were the ush-

Hensall Legion held their
meeting on Dec. 10. We were
pleased to have special guests

visitation. Poppy Chairman
Larry Uyl gave his report on
the 1997 Poppy Campaign.
Thanks to the generosity of
the community a total of
S2230.73 was realized. A
motion was passed to donate
S50 to the Huron County
Christmas Bureau. and $25 to
the Huron Adult Day Centre.
Once again Christmas has-

nursing home

current Hensall landfill pass
for access. A tipping fee -
applies to most materials.

parking is prohibited on
Village of Hensall streets.
