Watt sinks Sens Rookie forward Mike Watt of Egmondville scored the only goal of the game, and his first one in the National Hockey League, propelling the Edmonton Oilers to a much-needed win, 1-0 over the Senators at Ottawa on Saturday night. Up until late in the third period it was a goaltenders' duel between Damien Rhodes of the Senators and Curtis "Cujo" Joseph of the Oilers, gunning for his sec- ond -straight shutout. Watt was in his fifth gamc since being called up from the AHL's Hamilton Bulldogs. He took a pass from the corner from Jason Arnott, fed by Dean McAmmond, and beat Rhodes on the stick side with 4:52 left in the game. It was the 13th shutout of Joseph's career. TNI HURON EXPOSITOR.
