Hair Designs by JC at 15 East William St. has tripled its floor space with recent renovations and is now offer- ing European facials, spa pedicures and manicures. nail enhancements and aro- matherapy. These procedures aren't new to owner Jeanette Connolly, who operates her business out of her home. "All of this stuff I did in London when I worked there. It's something I'm redoing." A European facial is a little more diagnostic than a regu- lar facial, she explains. "The training is more extensive, the products more prescriptive. It involves extensive massaging. You have to make sure the facial muscle groups are well worked." As well, between eight and 10 products are used in a European facial. Connolly says there are cer- tain things it can do for your face but there are some con- ditions she can offer referrals to a friend who is a dermatol- ogist in London..
