Mistie's disappearance.
It was. the last letter Mistie
had written to her and. Steve
and it brought Anne to tears
as Greenspan read it.
'in it, Mistie said, "l. must
admit. I have not been the
greatest daughter to get along
with." She apologized to her
patents for any grief.she had
caused them and said she
would have given up on her a
king time ago. Instead, of
giving.up, site commented on
the fact her parents found her
birth mother. She also asked
them fur their forgiveness.
Anne couldn't remember
the incident that would have
sparked that letter but ,said
Mistie would write letters to
apologise if they had had a
problem.
