I trust that you found it informative.' This data was provided from a text book currently being used by my wife, a life- long learner. for her universi- ty course. wilt she is taking. As we disctissed that arti- cle. she proposed the follow- ing theory. When we started a multiple choice test or extern, we are nervous and unsure of ourselves. However. if we are prepared, we -gam ocinfidentee as we proceed and get "in a groove". When we review our answers wheat we are fin- ished, perhaps we spot the errors that we made earlier and can change wrong answers to the correct ones by nearly a 3:1 ratio coni - pared to right to wrong. Her theory certainly fits .what we have always been told: "read the whole exam over before you start. and answer that question you know best first!" As for as 1 am aware, this theory has yet to be proved incorrect!
