Donald is survived by his loving wife, Donalda, sons Donald (Diane), Derek (Clare) and Douglas. FIs wNI also be sadly missed by his stepmother, Thelma Dale of Seaforth, and sisters Margaret of London, and Lorna Johnston (Gordon) of Goderfoh. DEATHS • BENNETT, Agnes Irene (Pat): After a valiant struggle with cancer, Agnes Irene (Pat) Bennett, Seaforth, passed away at Seaforth Community Hospital on April 16, 1997, two days following her 89th birthday. Survived by step -son Ron Bennett and wife Paulene of Seaforth, step -daughter Shirley and husband Bruce Walters of Hanover. Step -grandmother of Gary Bennett and friend Dianne Muir, Joan and Art McNaughton, Judy and Jeff Boylan, Pat and Eric Wilkin, Nancy and Bill Dwyer and Ron and Cynthia Walters. Great grandmother of 10, great great grandmother of 3, several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by husband Clarence (Ken) Bennett 1967, step granddaughter Diane Walters 1957, parents John and Jennie Patterson, three brothers and one sister. Memorial donations may be made to Seaforth Community Hospital, Northside United Church or the Canadian Cancer Society. Burial was from the Whitney-Ribey Funeral Home on Friday, April 18 at 11 a.m. Jane Kuepfer officiated. Interment in Brussels Cemetery. DEATHS CUMMINGS. JIM (Glees): On Thursday. Apra 17, 1997, at the Sealorth Community Hospital, Jean (Glow) Cummings, in her 77th year. She was formerly of Stratford and a longtime employee of Hudson' department store. Mrs. Cummings' husband, Harold, predeceased her in 1992_ She was the beloved mother 01 Robert Cummings and his wife Alva of Elmira, Sylvia and her husband Ron Soeder of Monkton and Barbara and her husband Ray Richardson of Shallow Lake and fondly remembered by eight grandchildren and seven great- grandchildren. Family received friends at the Whitney-Ribey Funeral Home, 87 Goderich Street West, Seaforth one hour prior to the funeral service on Saturday. Rev. Todd McDonald of Monkton United Church officiated.
