All of us at Vincents would like to thank you for your support and confi- dence over the past year. The speed of change just gets faster as we close in on the 2 I st century. Agriculture will be vastly different in a few short years. We must all contin- ue to embrace change. We continue to invest more into training in order to provide you with the very best support possible. All of our staff are committed to this role. To face the challenges of the next decade, win and sustain customer loyalty, CASE/IH has determined dealerships must be per- ceived as the best business in the communities they serve. To accomplish this CASE/IH has established "the North American Dealer Standards and Certification Process." The new standards encom- pass parts and service sup- port, proper facilities, business management and financial stability. CASE/IH says, "Dealerships that achieve the certified status are clearly making the com- mitment necessary to sur- vive, prosper and meet the challenges of the future." We at Vincents are very proud to announce that CASE/IH has just awarded us with the CERTIFIED STATUS FOR 1997! We are one of only a very few dealerships in Canada who have achieved this status. This is a bold endorsement by CASE/IH of the Vincent Dealership in the Huron Perth market. This unprecedented endorse- ment is a result of a total team effort and we are very proud to be CASEIIH's only "certi- fied" representative in this area. This announcement. sends a strong message that your team at Vincents will be representing CASE/IH in this market for many years to come! Another item on the horizon is the new Case Account Program. Although new to us, this type of account system has been well accepted throughout the United States and western Canada over the last 10 years. We have evaluated this pro- posal and now feel it will be an advantage for both our customers and the dealer. More details will be coming in the near future. We ask you to sup- port the program when you hear about it. We are also pleased to announce we have just been accepted as the new HARD! dealer for the local area. HARDI has been recognized as the market leader in sprayer technology. We have acknowledged this and want to make it available to our customers. We hope you agree with us that this is a strong prod- uct line to add to our busi- ness. Part of our commitment to you is through our high- ly accepted winter service programs. These pro- grams provide substantial savings and an opportunity to reduce your down-time.
