Carmel 5 St. Columban (White) 2 Girls advance, novices on ropes Seaforth's novice hockey team faced elimination head- ing into last night's third game of the Western Ontario Athletic Association final at Lucknow. Results weren't available when this paper went to press. Lucknow won 2-0 in Seaforth Sunday night, in the wake of another 7-2 win at Lucknow last Tuesday, to take a two to none strangle- hold on the best -of -three championship. If a fourth game proves necessary it will be played at Seaforth tonight, Wednesday, at 8 p.m. Meanwhile, Seaforth's intermediate girls lost twice to Parkhill, once 5-3 at home and4-0 on the road, in their four -team playoff round- robin last week to make things difficult for them- selves in the Lambton League post -season. But the locals blanked Watford 4-0 in a tie-breaker for second place in Seaforth last night (Monday), so now again meet Parkhill in a best - of -three for the champi- onship.
