REQUEST FOR TENDERS
The Seaforth Recreation and Parks Department hereby
requests tenders to repair and repaint the Victoria Park
Bandshell, in Victoria Park, which is designated property.
Tenders to include first grade material and labour on the
following:
• remove old stage floor and replace with pressure treated
tongue and grove wood, installed at a grade of 1/8 inch
perfoot.
• replace any railings that are missing or damaged.
• repair the facia board on the north side of bandshell.
• scrape, prime and repaint bandshell to the existing colours.
• scape and repaint bandshell roof (black).
Separate tenders for carpentry and painting will be accepted.
TENDERS must be received at Recreation and Parks Office
located inside the Arena by: 4:00 p.m. Friday March 28,
1997.

LARONE, Margaret "Peg" of
Brussels and formerly of Seaforth,
passed away at Huronlea Home,
Brussels, on Wednesday, March
12, 1997 in her 83rd year. Beloved
wife of the late Elmer Larone. Dear
sister of Mary Morse of Roxbury,
New York, Isabelle Marinelli of
Sault Ste. Marie, Louise Smale,
George Case and Jack Case, all of
Egmondville. Predeceased by one
sister Agnes Lamont and two
brothers, Frank and Charles Case.
At Peg's request there was no
funeral service. Cremation has
taken place. Box and Smith
Funeral Chapel, Seaforth entrusted
with arrangements.
As a tribute to the
life of Mrs. Larone a
