Socialites had plenty of
players and esteem but ran
out of goals as'Polar Ice takes
the lead, keeps it and wins.
Goals scored by swinger
Cindy Molle and 'crazy legs
Liz Becker. Great game by
both teams. `Good luck to-
-both teams in the brtaomball
regionals.
Parr Line.3 Winthrop 2.
Winthrop ladies kept :up..a
steady pace as goal .scoring
went back and faith "between
both - teams. Some ,pf 4Je
shooters seemed still on holi-
days as vials didn't pop in
the quick way Eike they
thought_ they should-. All
goals were scored in Second
half of' the game as Lisa Van
Den Heuvel and Donna Arts
score a goal each with quick
passes from Tina Bosman
and Deb Murray. But Parr
Line's rookie goalies Norm
(Norah Eckert). Kuss (Cheryl
Kruse) and Billy (Heidi
Elliott) did a fine job to keep
the score at that. Goal scoring
for Parr Line was done by
Norah, and Tanya Eckert .and
Heidi Elliott, a pretty versa-
tile bunch of gids. Yeh, right!
Let's not forget to • thank
Tracey Eckert for taking care
of the broomball write-ups
and doing the clock also at
the arena while the Eckerts
-- were away.
